Victoria Philpott

Victoria Philpott began her NHS career in 2003 and qualified as an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) in 2006. She gained extensive perioperative experience across NHS and private hospitals in Cambridge and London, progressing to a Band 6 role in orthopaedics before joining Great Ormond Street Hospital, where she remained until 2015.
Drawing on this strong clinical foundation, she moved into surgical practice improvement with Mölnlycke® in 2015. After roles as Surgical Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and later Key Account Manager within the Biogel® gloves team, she was appointed National Sales Manager in 2025. She now leads a national team supporting healthcare organisations across the NHS to advance safe, evidence based gloving practice.
