It has been brought to our attention that scam and phishing companies are targeting present exhibitors of the Future of Surgery Festival. These scams falsely claim to provide services on behalf of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Please be aware that these companies are NOT connected to RCS England or the event. Engaging with them risks significant financial loss.
| Email Lists | RCS England is the owner of all data in relation to the Future of Surgery Festival and does not sell any data related to the event. Do not respond to unsolicited offers, as they have not been authorised by RCS England. |
| Show Guides | We do not produce a show guide for the Festival. All information regarding the event is provided by Wonderly, a division of Haymarket Media Group Ltd. |
| Hotel Room Bookings | Any external companies offering discounted hotel rates are a scam. RCS England has partnered exclusively with MICE Concierge, our official accommodation agency. The service is supported by the event, and we advise you to book through the official channel. |
| Sharing information | We share attendee information only with those who have explicitly opted-in during registration to share their contact information with event sponsors and exhibitors for direct marketing purposes. |

If you receive a suspicious email, do not interact with it. Do not click on any links. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of an email, please contact rcseng.exhibitors@haymarket.com.
