Professor Tara Rampal

Professor Tara Rampal is a Consultant Perioperative Anaesthetist, digital health innovator and founder of QuestPrehab, one of the UK’s first dedicated digital prehabilitation services. She has led the multiple award winning  QuestPrehab that supports patients before major surgery and cancer treatment, focusing on physical fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and lifestyle change to improve outcomes and long-term health. A recognised clinical leader, she has held key roles in perioperative medicine, anaesthetics and patient safet. . Tara is also a Visiting Professor, with an active research portfolio and publications in telehealth-delivered prehabilitation and virtual optimisation. A sought-after speaker at national and international conferences, she is a passionate advocate for equitable, scalable and sustainable models of care that harness technology to transform surgical pathways and population health.
