Karen Chui (she/they) is a Trauma and Orthopaedic Specialty Registrar on the Stanmore Rotation in London. They are the current Chair of RCSE Pride in Surgery Forum (PRiSM) and a Past President of the British Orthopaedic Trainees Association (BOTA). Karen takes pride in being part of the LGBTQ+ surgical community and strives to improve LGBTQ+ representation and health inequalities. They passionate about creating cultural change in surgery, building a compassionate profession for the modern surgeon to deliver excellent care to our patients.
