Mr Asit Arora is a consultant head and neck surgeon at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, and a clinical senior lecturer in surgical and interventional engineering at King’s College London. He is an internationally recognised leader in robotic head and neck surgery and leads one of the largest transoral robotic surgery programmes in Europe.
His work focuses on pushing the boundaries of robotic and digitally enabled surgery, translating innovations from preclinical development into early clinical practice, and rethinking how complex surgery is delivered and taught. He works closely with engineers, industry, and clinical teams to develop scalable, safe and future‑ready surgical systems.
